Job Summary
The Club Car Driver provides safe, courteous, and efficient transportation services for guests, visitors, and employees within the property premises. The role includes assisting passengers with loading and unloading luggage and other items, maintaining the vehicle in good condition, and ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction while ensuring safe operation of the club car.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent and
- 3 years’ experience in related field
Skills & Competencies
- Valid driving license No.2
- Good driving skills and safety awareness related to boating, marina, navigation and water safety
- Good communication and customer service skills
- An eye for detail in all aspects of work
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit & able to assist with luggage or small loads
- Must be able to work in challenging conditions and be exposed to various weather conditions
- Able to work independently

The Forklift Driver is responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to safely load, unload, transport, stack, and organize goods within the warehouse or designated worksite. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, accurate handling of inventory while maintaining high safety standards, accuracy, and cleanliness in the working environment.
Job Requirements
- Valid Driving license class no. 7
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating forklifts
- Excellent technical and operational knowledge of forklifts
- Ability to load, unload, and secure goods safely and effectively without causing damage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description
Job Summary
The Accounts Technician will be responsible for logging and posting approved purchase ledger invoices into the financial system, matching supplier invoices with Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Purchase Orders (POs), and resolving any discrepancies. They will organise and file supplier invoices systematically, reconcile supplier statements, and assist with financial reporting.
The role also includes processing supplier payments, including cheques and online transfers, posting cheque payments into the financial system, and performing daily postings to maintain accurate financial records. The individual will be responsible to reconcile key accounts as assigned, assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, and support the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.
