Hunt Deltel Supports the Launch of Seychelles’ First Therapeutic Community

Hunt Deltel is proud to support the opening of Fazenda da Esperança – Farm of Hope, Seychelles' first therapeutic community dedicated to helping individuals recover from substance abuse and addiction. As part of our commitment to community wellbeing and social responsibility, Hunt Deltel has donated SCR 50,000 to this life-changing initiative.

Established in Seychelles as part of a global network that began in Brazil in 1983, Fazenda da Esperança offers a structured 12-month residential programme grounded in three core principles: work, coexistence and spirituality. The farm provides a safe and supportive environment for male participants aged 18 to 59 to detox, develop healthy life habits, and rediscover meaning and purpose in their lives.

The programme encourages daily therapeutic activities such as farming, craft workshops, and community living. Participants are supported by trained staff, many of whom have gone through rehabilitation themselves, making the journey of recovery deeply empathetic and relatable.

Hunt Deltel commends the dedication of the Fazenda team and believes in the power of rehabilitation, reintegration and hope. Our donation will assist the centre in continuing its important mission to provide a new beginning for those in need, and we look forward to witnessing the positive impact this initiative will have on individuals, families, and the wider community.
