Conditions of Tender: -

1. The successful bidder will be notified of their application outcome and will be required to make full payment, including 15% VAT.

1. Successful bidders must make payment within 48 hours of the tender closing.  Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being offered to the next highest bidder.

1. Tenders should be submitted in the designated box located on the 03rd floor at Hunt, Deltel & Co. Ltd, The Quadrant, Manglier Street, Victoria.

1. Payment must be made by cheque or bank transfer.  Once payment has been received, no refunds will be issued to the buyer under any circumstances.

1. Hunt, Deltel & Co. Ltd reserves the right to decline the highest or any bid at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
